- 6 tsp of Chia seeds.
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. of Maple Syrup.
- 1 can light Coconut Milk
- Add a can of coconut milk to a large measuring jug.
- Add the Chia seeds.
- Add the vanilla extract
- Add the Maple Syrup.
- Mix well and pour directly into 4 mason jars.
- Top with Frozen Mixed Berries.
- Secure the lids and store in the fridge.
