Ingredients

  • 6 tsp of Chia seeds.
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. of Maple Syrup.
  • 1 can light Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • Add a can of coconut milk to a large measuring jug.
  • Add the Chia seeds.
  • Add the vanilla extract
  • Add the Maple Syrup.
  • Mix well and pour directly into 4 mason jars.
  • Top with Frozen Mixed Berries.
  • Secure the lids and store in the fridge.
