Healthy snacking doesn't have to be hard! Try these Choc nut bars for a guilt free snack. They are no bake, no sugar, full of healthy nut fats and absolutely delicious!
- 16 x Medjool Dates
- 3/4 cup Raw Almonds
- 1/2 cup Raw Cashews crushed
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacao
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut flakes
- 1 tbs Boiling Water
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
- Add dates, almonds, cacao, coconut flakes and boiling water to a food processor
- Blend until all well combined, sticky (& delicious).
- Add Cashews and Raspberries, pulse until just combined.
- Press into a rectangular lined tray & refrigerate for at least 30 min.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy...
