Choc Nut Bar

Healthy snacking doesn't have to be hard! Try these Choc nut bars for a guilt free snack. They are no bake, no sugar, full of healthy nut fats and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 16 x Medjool Dates
  • 3/4 cup Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Raw Cashews crushed
  • 1/4 cup Raw Cacao
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbs Boiling Water
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries

Instructions

  • Add dates, almonds, cacao, coconut flakes and boiling water to a food processor
  • Blend until all well combined, sticky (& delicious).
  • Add Cashews and Raspberries, pulse until just combined.
  • Press into a rectangular lined tray & refrigerate for at least 30 min.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy...
