We know you can’t wait to receive your new Deezi Active so we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All orders over $99 receive complimentary shipping.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placement via general post with a flat rate of $10.
Each item has a tracking number which we will send to you once your item is posted to you
If you are in a hurry to get into your new Deezi’s please contact us so we can offer you Express Post which incurs a $15 flat rate fee.
All express postage orders are usually received within 2 business days to all major metro areas.
Please note: If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect entered at checkout, we will invoice you the $10 flat fee for the item to be re-posted to you
We now offer postage to our international Deezi customers.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and does not include any overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
International Postage can take up to 24 days to arrive
All international items will have a tracking number which we will supply to you once the item is posted
Please note: If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will invoice you the relevant postage for your country for the item to be re-posted to you
The relevant postage for each country will be calculated on checkout. If your country is not available on checkout, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you
We want you to love your new Deezi Active as much as we do but just in case you don’t here is what to do.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your goods to us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. The item must be in the original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn or damaged.
The original and return postage is at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded or credited as part of the purchase amount.
Before returning the item, please inform our customer service team via email at [email protected] our team will provide you with a returns authority number and returns form. The form must accompany your item on its return as well as your original proof of purchase receipt.

Once your returned item reaches us either a refund will be processed via the same payment method or an exchange will be issued as communicated in the returns form.
Postage of an exchange item is at buyer’s expense.
Any returns that do need meet these conditions will unfortunately be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items, all purchases are final.
