Exercise and physical fitness has been shown to improve cognitive function, reduce stress, reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers, as well as improving quality of life and prolonging life.  So why do we struggle so much with getting the required amount each day?  I often hear my friends say, ‘I don’t have time to exercise’ and, at one point or another in our lives, I think we may all be guilty of using this as an excuse.  Work, kids, partners, life, they all take priority right?  I urge you to commit to yourself and your health, here are some simple tips to making exercise a part of your everyday life.
